I have been a customer of another dealership here in town for several years. However, the service has gotten very bad due to personnel changes in the shop and I have heard horror stories from friends and family about the ford dealership. I decided to shop Southern Chevrolet and got a great deal on a new Tahoe. When I went in for my 1st oil change (which was free) I received wonderful service from my service advisor, Lanelwyn. I could not be happier.

When you shop for a new vehicle, does your local dealership make you feel welcomed and like a valued customer? Not Southern Chevrolet here in Alexandria, La. on Coliseum Boulevard.Southern Chevrolet sales staff are not friendly. They have the attitude that if you don't like the price you can go elsewhere. And many people do just that.While I like to shop locally and keep my money rotating around our City, Southern Chevrolet makes that all but impossible. You can not get them to deal with you at all. They give you a price and that is it. Take it or leave it! They don't bargain.The sales agents are pushy... They want you to sign papers before you even start looking. Southern Chevrolet play " Let's Make a Deal"!!!! When we were purchasing our latest vehicle, we went to Southern Chevrolet with quotes from other dealerships near by. Southern could not even come close. When shown the quotes we had, they said, "you better take that because it is unbelievable". They didn't even try to match or beat the quotes.Goodby Southern Chevrolet.... We will go out of Town to "Make our Deals"!!!!!!
